What are the payment options?

We accept debit cards, credit cards or payment via Paypal.

What bulbs are the shades suitable for ?

E27 (EU)/E26(US) and B22 (UK) using a supplied adapter for Table Lamps.

What is the return policy ?

You can return all none personalised items up to 14 days after receiving of items.

How do I assemble the lampshade?

This is best done with two people. One person will open up the shade while the second person will push the frame gently into position fixing the frame into the notches of the the shade material. After completion there may be a few loose threads these can be trimmed. The video below shows you how it should be done.

The lampshade fitting will have an insert that will make it suitable for a UK lamp fitting. If you have an ES or Euro lamp base, you will need to take out the insert from the shade fitting.
