We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. A delivery fee will apply to all orders  under £40.

If there are multiple items in one order then the postage would only need to be paid once. We can also upgrade to a Tracked 24 Delivery Service or Special Delivery service if you need the item sooner. All orders are dispatched the next working day unless you state that you want special delivery then it will be sent out the same day as long as the order is in before 1PM.

Does it cost extra for special delivery items?

Yes. Please contact us for a quote if you'd like a special delivery service. 

 

Do you use any other courier?

At the moment we only use Royal Mail

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

Your order should be delivered within 2-3 working days. If you need it sooner then please contact us to arrange a 24 hour delivery service.

What if my item goes missing?

We would work with Royal Mail to solve this issue but as it is a tracked or special delivery service, the order is guaranteed.
